Exhibe

Digital Storefront & Omnichannel OS for LATAM micro-businesses

In active development (2026) — public launch coming soon

Exhibe transforms the chaotic WhatsApp-based selling of micro and small businesses in Latin America into a structured, professional digital operation. Merchants build a beautiful storefront, receive structured orders via WhatsApp, manage inventory in real time, and run a point-of-sale — all from one platform. Built entirely by Ozer Tech Solutions, it is one of the most technically complete products in its category for the LATAM micro-business segment.

The Problem

Over 90% of micro and small businesses in Honduras and LATAM sell informally through WhatsApp, which creates a cascade of operational failures:

  • ▸No structured catalog — customers ask “what do you have?” and merchants resend photos and prices for every inquiry.
  • ▸Zero inventory control — stock is tracked mentally or in notebooks; overselling is constant.
  • ▸Order chaos — free-form text messages with no tracking, status, or history.
  • ▸Invisible business — no searchable storefront, no consistent branding.
  • ▸No digital-physical sync between walk-in and online sales.

The Solution

Exhibe is architected around three core loops:

  • ▸Digital Storefront (Vitrina) — a branded public catalog at a shareable URL; buyers send a pre-filled, structured order to the merchant's WhatsApp. No payment gateway, no complex checkout.
  • ▸Omnichannel POS — a mobile POS with five adaptive profiles (Retail, Fashion, Food & Beverage, Services, Market/Artisan), real-time inventory, and a unified Kanban order board.
  • ▸Data Layer — every transaction, product and interaction is structured and stored, powering the Phase 2 marketplace and Phase 3 AI shopping assistant.

Architecture highlights

  • ▸Append-only inventory ledger — RLS blocks UPDATE/DELETE; the log is an immutable, audit-ready trail.
  • ▸Buyer / Customer separation — one buyer transacts with many merchants without data leakage (prerequisite for the future marketplace).
  • ▸RLS-first security — multi-tenant isolation enforced at the database layer, not the app.
  • ▸Amazon-style variants — attribute types → values → SKUs with SKU-level stock.

Business model

  • ▸Despegue — Free: up to 40 products, public vitrina, WhatsApp orders.
  • ▸Crecimiento — $8/mo: 100 products, variants, Kanban, inventory tracking, POS Lite.
  • ▸Empresario — $24/mo: unlimited products, CRM, logistics routing, B2B PDF quotes.

Status & results

  • ▸Sprints 0–1 deployed to production; Sprint 2 active (variants v2, adaptive POS, Kanban with returns, RLS hardening).
  • ▸Android live on Google Play Console; iOS in Apple Developer validation.
  • ▸Roadmap: SAR Honduras e-invoicing, GeoPagos Tap to Pay, cross-merchant marketplace, AI assistant.
