Who's who? When you read "The Agency," that's us (Ozer Tech); "The Client" is you (the visionary); and "The Platform" is the technological engine we use (Bubble.io).

03. Nature of Service & "The Bubble Factor"

Our relationship with Bubble. We are an independent agency, not Bubble employees. We are the expert architects and builders, but the land (the cloud/servers) belongs to Bubble.io.

3.1. Independent Entity. Ozer Tech is an independent development agency specializing in "No-Code" and "Low-Code" technology. We are not employees, partners, or subsidiaries of Bubble Group, Inc.

3.2. Technological Dependence. You acknowledge and accept that the final operation of applications developed by The Agency depends on Bubble.io servers being active. Ozer Tech does not control price changes, platform updates, or global service outages, although we implement best practices to mitigate risks.

04. Pricing, Quotes & Estimates

About money and estimates. Our web calculators give you a close idea, not a final invoice. The definitive price only exists when we sign a Services Contract after deeply analyzing your project.

4.1. Web Calculators. Prices shown in automatic calculators (e.g., "Estimate my App") are estimated references based on industry averages and do not constitute a binding legal offer.

4.2. Definitive Price. The final cost of any project will only be set after a detailed technical analysis and the signing of an official Services Contract. Until such signature exists, prices are subject to change.

05. Intellectual Property & Licenses

Who owns what. The design and code of this website are owned by Ozer Tech. We also credit the talented creators at Freepik whose graphics we use.

5.1. Ozer Tech Property. All original content on The Site, including logos, text, web source code, interface designs, and case studies, is the exclusive property of Ozer Tech Solutions. Its reproduction or commercial cloning without written authorization is prohibited.

5.2. Third-Party Resources (Mandatory Attribution). This site incorporates licensed graphic resources. Specifically, we use vectors and images designed by Freepik Company S.L., acknowledging their authorship under their Standard Free License. You may consult the full license at www.freepik.com.

07. Applicable Law & Jurisdiction

Playing on home turf. We proudly operate from San Pedro Sula. Any legal matter is governed by the laws of Honduras.

7.1. Jurisdiction. These Terms shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Honduras.

7.2. Dispute Resolution. For legal notifications, our offices are located in San Pedro Sula, Cortés. The parties agree to seek an amicable resolution through direct dialogue before initiating any legal action.
