Ozer is more than a name.
It's a mission.
In Hebrew, Ozer means “the helper.” We chose that name with intention — because that's exactly what we want to be for every business, entrepreneur, and person who trusts us.
We build on a foundation that doesn't shift.
Ozer Tech Solutions was born from a conviction: that technology, used well, can transform lives, accelerate businesses, and change entire communities.
But more than technology, Ozer was born from faith. We believe God is the owner of this company — we are its stewards. That perspective changes everything: how we treat our clients, how we deliver our work, how we make hard decisions.
We don't use faith as a slogan. We use it as a compass.
“Whatever you do, do it with all your heart, as working for the Lord, not for human masters.”
That verse isn't on our wall as decoration. It's the standard against which we measure every project, every line of code, every response to a client.
If we build something, we build it right. If we commit to something, we deliver it. If we take on a project, we treat it as our own — because while it's in our hands, it is.
We operate by biblical business principles: stewardship, excellence, service, and integrity. Not as constraints, but as the most solid and sustainable way to build a company that lasts and that matters.
Daniel Jiménez · Founder & CEO

I was born on October 22, 1991 in San Pedro Sula, Honduras. I grew up curious about how things work — and in seventh grade, when I took my first programming class, something clicked.
From that moment I knew technology was my path. I studied technical computing in high school at Instituto Franklin D. Roosevelt, then went on to study digital animation and design engineering. And I never stopped learning — certifications in frontend, backend, design, development. Technology evolves, and so do I.
The dream that waited too long.
For years I carried the dream of building a tech company. A place where talent mattered more than geography. Where the culture was like the companies I admired — the kind where people actually want to show up.
But I held on to that dream too long. Fear of failure, fear of not being enough, made me wait.
In 2024, my wife changed that. A project came my way — Imperial Payments — and she told me to take it. I did. It worked. A second project came. Then a third. And in January 2026, I officially founded Ozer Tech Solutions LLC.
Eleven years of a postponed dream. In the end, it only took someone believing in me to make me believe in myself.
Honduras wasn't my plan B. It was the plan.
My sisters and my mother moved to Spain. They built a good life there. I had the chance to stay when I visited — and I came back to Honduras.
For a long time I didn't understand why. I complained. I wondered what I was doing here when I could be somewhere else.
But this year something changed. God spoke to me in ways I couldn't ignore. And I remembered something I always knew but hadn't applied to my own life: “Wherever your feet walk, there you will be prosperous.”
My feet are in San Pedro Sula. And there is something to build here.
Honduras has talent. Entrepreneurs who don't yet know what technology can do for their business. Brilliant young people who look abroad for opportunities because they can't find them here. I want to change that. I want Ozer to be proof that world-class technology can be built from Honduras. And I want to open doors for that Honduran talent to find its place here — without having to leave.
Faith as foundation, not decoration.
When I started this journey as an entrepreneur, I made an important decision: I wasn't going to do it alone. I enrolled in the Business Wisdom program at Iglesia de Cristo Ebenezer Honduras, my church.
I did it because I understood something: if God was going to be the foundation of this company, I needed to learn how to be a good steward of what He entrusted to me.
That process changed me. I understood that Ozer isn't mine. God gave it to me to manage. He's provided the wisdom, the projects, the connections, the timing — everything. I bring the work and the excellence. He brings the results.
That's the agreement. And so far, it's working.
“Ozer isn't just my company. It's a mission God placed in my hands — to serve, to open doors in Honduras, and to prove that something that matters can be built from here.”
The principles that guide every decision.
Stewardship
We manage our clients' resources, time, and trust as if they were our own — because while they're in our hands, they are. We are accountable, transparent, and we don't waste what's entrusted to us.
Excellence
“As for the Lord” isn't a nice phrase — it's our minimum standard. We don't deliver something we wouldn't be proud of. We don't take a project to finish it fast — we finish it right.
Service
Jesus came to serve, not to be served. That's the model. Our clients aren't revenue sources — they're people with projects that matter, and our role is to help them get where they want to go.
Integrity
What we say is what we do. If there's a problem, we say so. If we make a mistake, we own it. Trust is built slowly and lost quickly — we protect it.
San Pedro Sula → Honduras → Latin America → The world.
We started in San Pedro Sula because that's where we're called to be. But software has no borders — and neither does our purpose.
We build products and systems for entrepreneurs and businesses that want to grow. And every project we deliver is a chance to prove that world-class technology can come from Honduras.
We're not here temporarily. We're here with purpose.
If you share this vision, we'd love to work with you.
No matter where you are. If you have a project to build and want to do it with a team that takes their work seriously — let's talk.
