Operating rooms are among the most resource-intensive spaces in healthcare, yet many LATAM clinics still schedule them with spreadsheets and phone calls — causing double bookings, idle time and friction between teams. When a clinic director brought this exact problem to Ozer, no off-the-shelf tool fit the operational reality of regional providers. So we built CiruFlow.

The Solution
CiruFlow gives surgical teams, coordinators and administrators a single, real-time view of OR availability. Reservations are created, assigned and tracked through an interface that adapts to each facility's workflow. It ships as a dual-model product:
- ▸SaaS subscription — a fully hosted, maintained solution with no infrastructure overhead.
- ▸License + on-demand hours — for facilities that need a self-hosted deployment or deep integration with existing systems (e.g. Odoo ERP).

Results
CiruFlow moved from a single custom deployment to a commercially structured, multi-client platform in under a year, operating under both SaaS subscriptions and permanent licenses with optional on-demand development hours. Demo-to-paid conversion is frictionless by design: activation is a configuration change, not a migration.
